| Earthborn Price Promise Contact us within 7days of placing your order and inform us of a company selling the Earthborn product that you have purchased for a lower price including delivery and VAT. We will refund the difference as long as the price quoted is the companies standard selling price and not a special offer or discounted clearance price. |
| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment from the following cards Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling My Little Eco delivers goods to the UK mainland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight. We use Royal Mail for our Standard Delivery, FedEx or our Eco-Courier** depending on the total weight of the order. Some deliveries may come to you direct from our suppliers or via a an agent selected by our Eco-Courier. If you are not in when the courier calls they will leave a card giving details of how you can collect the parcel or have it re-delivered. If you are unable to collect and they are not unable to re-deliever the parcel will be returned to us. We can organise for this returned parcel to be delivered again but this will incur an additional delivery charge. We endeavour to reuse packing materials that we have received through deliveries to our shop and the parcel filling material we use is made from biodegradeable corn starch or shredded paper. **Our Eco-Courier's moto is Delivering the perfect package without costing the earth, below are a few details about them.
