A brick made from a coconut! Yep that's right, growcoir is a natural fibre made from coconut husks. Still relatively unknown, this product is growing in popularity and said to be far superior to peat. Unlike peat moss, coir does not destroy natural eco-systems and therefore makes it the eco-friendly alternative. Perfect for outdoor gardening, growing medium for hydroponics and great for container plant growing. Clean coir has shown some anti-fungal properties and with natural rooting hormones it is suited for Bioponics. You can even recycle these after hydroponics, aeroponics, or when container plants are harvested. This organic product can be used for both indoor and out door cultivation.

Use this for potting soil mixes. 25% to 40% coir blended with compost gives you a looser medium that holds water for longer than other alternatives and helps plants flourish. Adding water to this makes it expand EIGHT times its original size. That's 8 times your moneys worth, 8 times better for flowers and 100% organic. We've gone to great lengths to hand pick each coconut off the tree to make them as well...honest!
